A current state user map was created to map out the current state journey and where the pain points lay.

A list of actionable items and solutions were generated in order to size them with a UX, Business and technical lens.

Prioritisation and strategy
After analysing the data we then prioritised the action items based on UX Improvements, Business value and technical complexity to create a realistic timeline for development.
We then also set up the frame work to do repeat tests, learn and iterate cycles to constantly improve and gauge customer feedback.
